Hi Guys,

“UK Subs” asked about the above aircraft… Here’s a SITREP…

1.FW190”DORA”
Painted Master completed about a month ago… am awaiting factory painted samples… This 190 will be released a couple or three months after the Desert Air Force P40

2.The next Spitfire
This is a later ”mark” after our Battle of Britain MK I/II versions … Carving and casting is complete… Master Painting underway. Due for release sometime in third quarter of the year.

3.Gloster Meteor
Still under discussion … we have five other WWI and WW2 aircraft that are under development for release later this year and into next. The Meteor could still “jump the queue” but others are also “goodies”.
Hope this info helps.

Best wishes and happy flying,

P.S. Love the “Hartenstein” model, Robin, well done mate!

Hi Andy
First off thank very much for answering my questions about the above aircraft , very much looking forward to the Dora and if it anything like the P40 were in for a treat. Thank again

Interesting news about the aircraft and, Neil you have been asking about a meteor for a while.

Thanks for the update on your future planes Andy! Do you think you will release a crashed Spitfire eventually? No hurry tho say sometime next year? As I still need to catch up on all your other great releases 1st lol

Mitch,
You and others may be interested in the following which is from the Despatches received by dealers (and I guess identical in the K&C emails to K&C Club members) :

"RA025-3 “Soviet T34/76 (“For the Motherland”)”

The last of the trio has the Russian slogan painted on the side of the turret… Unfortunately in our preview sample K&C got the Russian spelling WRONG! Fortunately for us several of our Russian collectors spotted this and we were able to “correct” the spelling (in Russian).

F.Y.I the original perpetrator of this foul assault on the Russian language was … ME … I was going to send myself to Siberia for a while but decided to show mercy and allow myself to serve my sentence here in Hong Kong chained to my desk!!!"

I noted Peter Reuss did post the Despatches but only the May part so many appear to have not noted the above. I normally forward the
complete Despatches to my collectors but even then I guess most look straight to the following month and would not notice it.

Regards
Brett

Happy to know these are on the pipeline! As for the FW-190 D any version will be welcome, but I would love to see a JV-44 Platzschutzstaffel version, that would go perfectly along with the ME-262.

I'm excited about the reference to other warbirds in the pipeline "other goodies". Hopefully one includes an aluminum coloured P-51 so I can pick up all those USAAF pieces. As far as "spoiling surprises" its K&C's perogative to do whatever they want and frankly I don't care as long as the hits keep on coming every month! {sm4} As always I'm appreciative of Andy and Gordon's ( and all the manufacturer's ) involvement on this little forum and the information and incite they provide for us avid collectors with a perspective unique to them. They don't always say or do what I want or others want however they do go above and beyond what most company CEO's would do in this day and age.

Well getting back on topic I would like to see Johnnie Johnstone Spitfire MK XIV made as he was the Top allied ETO fighter ace , or a D-DAY bomber Spitfire MK IX .If kc made a Meteor it would be a great out box plane to make

I hope the Meteor is able to "jump the queue". I have n't bought a K & C aircraft yet, but would certainly do so for a Meteor. How about a F-86 Sabre and a a MiG-15!

Am just catching up with the forum today and just seen this thread, great news about another Spit{bravo}} Will await that with interest as with the Meteor, I'm sure the FW will also be cool ^&cool
