Guys..

I just had to repaint one of these excellent aircraft and, give it a winter weather. the nose art is probably the best I have seen on an aircraft. It depicts a bomber caught in the sites of the guns of the aircraft. I believe it was a Walter Dahl but, I don't know if they were ever used operationally lots state they were for propaganda usage. They look good on the weathered white body.

Don't do a lot of aircraft repaints only this and a spitfire from K&C in german markings (my grandfather would turn in his grave) but, these are superb and a joy to paint

Excellent paint job Mitch. You should do it more often . Is the nose art original ( does it come with the plane ?) or is it a special decal or did you paint it yourself ?

The decals are from Hannants in the UK Wraith who recently repainted a version for Scott kindly told me they sell a wide range of aircraft decals. I removed the original TG ones and added these ones after the job was done

I don't think it was purely for propaganda purposes. plenty pics taken on the ground but, I have only seen one in the air but, probably, the best nose art for a german aircraft I have seen
