Martin...

Well funny. was that a rip off of the hairy bikers?
Mitch

Must be good , since it is censored in the US

I can understand if it needed subtitles but I've no idea why it would be censored. Unless someone couldn't understand the language and didn't want to take a chance.:D

Can't view it in Canada either I get this message......

This video contains content from bbc, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds.

We used to be able to listen to BBC Radio 1 online but can't now either, I used to also be able to listen to Amercian Radio stations also but now cannot. They block content to other countries broadcasts based on your IP address.

Thats such a shame as its a great piece. First time I have heard of BBC copyright on the web. Was shooting stars not broadcast in the US or Canada?
Mitch

Never heard of it before. It may have been broadcast on the BBC Canada channel but that is a premium channel which I don't subscribe to as it has a lot of NON British content !!

Most of the Britcoms are generally really old

Some of the aired ones here in Canada are

Are you being served?
Keeping up appearances
Last of the summer wine
May to December
Waiting for God
One foot in the grave (love this one :D)
Eyes Down
Sorry
On the buses
Jack Frost
Darling buds of May
Heartbeat
Coronation Street (on every night)
Love Joy
The Goodlife
Absolutely Fabulous
After you've gone
Dinner Ladies
The Vicar of Dibley (this didn't last long, I thing it was too close to the knuckle for most North Americans)

When I did have BBC Canada

I enjoyed watching

Coupling
Little Britain
The Kumars at No 42
Two pints of lager

thebritfarmer....

Some classics there. like all four of your last chice but, the Kumars and little britain are best
