What a great start to my morning Ken, this is simply brilliant. I am sure a trip to your house would have us all on sensory overload :eek::eek:. Looking forward to what you pull next out of your hat.

Truly astonishing professional work. Your ability to capture the essence of a scene is unbelievable.

There is not much left to be said Ken that hasn't already been stated by others above. Absolutely a marvelous endeavor in detail. Just brilliant - certainly an "afternoon delight" ;) for me.

Thank you so much for all the kind comments!
I am glad many of you enjoyed looking at these images, I certainly enjoyed building this model years ago.
I have been very lucky to be able to do this kind of work for a living and only regret that I cannot produce everything that I would like to.
It seems like some of the more interesting models have some element that we can relate to from our own life experience, and the old garage fits that description for many of us.
Now that the main W. Britain catalog for 2010 is wrapped up, perhaps I can finish up a few other unfinished projects that have been pushed to the back of the bench.
Thanks again,

Ken

I sure hope so as everything you do is interesting.

Ken, the detail is just unreal.

Absolutely amazing. On one hand it is a shame something like that cannot be produced commercially at an affordable price, on the other it will always remain an individual and unique piece.

You can tell: No need to make compromises.

I have just stumbled across this thread after all these months, the detail is amazing. What a wonderful thing you do Ken. Alby

I too just saw this and thought I was looking at a real garage. I can't improve on what others have said so I won't try.
