Oops! I never added this set of Greek sailors by Simply Soldiers. Does anyone know if the company made any other Greek-themed toy soldiers?

Hello.
This set arrived courtesy of Bob Hornung of Hornung Art. It is the Sack of Troy. With it, I am able to complete a major piece in the puzzle of tracing the history of Greece in miniature.
Thanks,
MikeNick

Hi.
These Evzones arrived today. They are made by SAE but are NOT 30mm. They are 45-50 mm.

Hi.
These arrived last month, but work being as it is, I forget to include them.
They were all painted by Greek Heroes Miniatures. The first started as an EMI casting of a Greek volunteer in the Crimean War. Next is a cannoneer in the Greek Revolution. Lastly, there is the ICM Greek Evzones in WWII. The latter is a plastic kit.

Hello Mike,
In addition to W. Britains Set No. 197 Greek Evzones, Review Order (Black Vests/White Kilts Version), I have a single Evzone manufactured by Aeohna. However, far more interesting is a W. Britains Set 170 of Greek Cavalry (Second Version 1925-1941) which were acquired a few years ago. As far as I can determine, and after consultation with James Opie, they have been completely restored by an expert. In order to see better images, and for the complete story please see; http://arnhemjim.blogspot.com/2015/03/curious-and-more-curious-intriguing-set.html .
