In a heartbeat!!!!! the twin engine aircraft of WWII for me
Mitch

Love planes!! Yes for me. It is not at the top of my list for planes, but I would love one at some point.

Voted no on the Mossie. Not that the Mossie wasn't a superb plane but I would rather have a Doolittle Mitchell B-25. The B-25 was a beauty and a truely important airplane in it's many forms and it's ability to carry out it's many different missions. It flew and fought in all theaters and how can one top the Doolittle raid? A medium bomber off a carrier deck. Real audacity and guts. It is my favorite twin engine WW2 plane, behind the P-38. It would be HUGE in size, though.:wink2: -- Al

I would buy one. The Corgi Mosquitoes are really good so would look forward to one from Figarti.

A B25 is a nice plane mate but thought after Figarti making a P-38 & Me 110 it would be nice to see a British plane made flown by a top bomber ace

I like the Mossie just fine, but I also like the Beaufighter. That would be a neat addition, as well.:wink2: But I do see your point about a Gibson Mosquito. ^&cool -- Al

Good call, Aussie and D-Day marked Beaufighter, but I love the mossie as well - would just depend on funds.

Never get tired of DDay marked rocket armed typhoons either.

Beaufighter is a good call

Cheers Al,

I must agree that a B-25 would be an important tribute to such an effective and important aircraft, but I must tell you that the multi-roll effect of the dh98 Mosquito and performance as a bomber, fighter & recce kite would be tough to top from any WW II aircraft! I would love to see a Figarti Mosquito-just not A Gibson Pathfinder version-rather a fighter variant from the likes of an ACE such as John Cunningham, Russ Bannock or even the U.S. ACE Lou Luma, who was with 418 RCAF City of Edmonton Squadron with Bannock too. There are so many deserving pilots that could be utilized to portray a fitting Mossie including any of the brave gents from the Amiens Prison Break! In short, I like the .303s and 20mms in the nose rather than the glass bubble! I already have the P-38 so I am more than content for now but look forward to the future releases which will hopefully include a Mosquito, Beaufighter and yes, a B-25 too!

Tally Ho,
Marc

Hi Marc. Quite agree. All superb, if large, choices. Wouldn't turn down Cunnigham's version, as I too like the guns in the nose.:wink2: -- Al
