Thanks Robin, you have 2 of everything no surprise there ^&grin^&grin I pulled the trigger on this neat little Transport, hopefully it matches up well with my Grey Opel Ambulance.

Got to say I'm more then happy with this Halftrack, works well in size with my First Legion so couldn't be happier.

Thanks Neil, the driver is a tad bigger then I had hoped for but all in all I can live with it.

Work well with the Fl figures Sammy but maybe a case of changing the driver for a fl one ?

I think the half track looks fine Sammy, just as the way it is. Your scene compliments it. Robin.

Have to say, I agree with you Robin, I think Sammy's halftrack looks very good in the scene...and at the end of the day, it's what makes the owner happy that is the most important.

Best wishes to one and all, Andy.

Thanks all, I took a closer look at the diorama and the size isn't as noticeable as in the one photo, sometimes a camera does catch a angle different, if you look at pic 1 vs. pic 3 the driver in pic 3 looks much larger then in pic 1 even though it's pretty much the same photo, so even upon further review of the diorama yea there is a bit of size difference but not that much to throw the scene off.

Got to admit maybe this scale issue with K&C vehicles vs. First Legion soldiers is actually to my liking, the few K&C grey German vehicles that I have purchased lately really seem to marry up nicely with the FL Germans..who'd of thought!!!^&grin

The nice thing about these soft sided halftracks is that most of the models had similar looks but in different sizes. I have a 1/32, 1/30 (FL) and 1/28 (Figarti) Sd Kfz 7. They work great as Sd Kfz 6, 7 and 9 Respectively

Sammy, Does the figure come fixed to the vehicle or is he separate - and if the figure is separate, is the steering wheel part of the driver figure or fixed to the halftrack? - Thanks

Andy I'm more than happy with it as I'm using it with my K&C collection ^&grin

The driver and steering wheel are attached to each other and as well as being attached to the seated position, so there is no removing them unless I removed both driver, steering wheel, not happening....to me there just isn't that much of a difference, being in a seated position if you're looking at it with the naked eye it works pretty well, in my opinion anyway.

Thanks Sammy. The vehicle, driver and all, looks good in your dio.

The earlier desert AK half-track is also excellent and one of my favorite pieces.

Great set up Sammy and the scenery is spot on.
