Hurst Castle, about One and a half miles from Milford-On Sea is the location. (Guarding the Solent and opposite the Isle of Wight.)

A stunning place to visit - a vast site - crammed with Guns of various types and era's. Lots and lots of artifacts. If you do visit - allow lots of time!

WOW, looks like a great site to visit, so that's on our list next time we are down on the south coast of UK.

What's even better is that there is a lighthouse there, so Pauline will also be very happy to visit … what a toy soldier shops or quilt shops ?????
