Get your grub on!!!

Eat up and be happy- celebrate life and friends- steer clear of the malls and commercialism of the season- take every moment this weekend to find your kids, grandkids or an old lost friend and reach out and talk to them. Life is just too doggone short to waist in shopping malls and lines.

I myself am going on long bike rides around the farms of Central Pa with my 10 year old daughter and taking our youngest son on nature hikes. Saturday I've got a charity 5k so am looking forward to getting smoked by more 5th graders!! :D Then it's off to buy the Christmas tree.

Seriously guys, I have so much to be thankful for- my back went our back in March and I couldn't move, then my firm laid me off and I was without work for 2 months. I am back up and running and lifting and have found so much happiness working for myself now. Give it all to the powers that be.

Be Blessed all of you

Happy Thanksgiving to all my southern friends :D We celebrated ours last month, the turkey was delicious!! Hopefully yours will be too. :)

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Bring on the turducken and the football. Overdose on both!:D -- Al

for those unfamiliar...a turducken is a dish consisting of a de-boned chicken stuffed into a de-boned duck, which itself is stuffed into a de-boned turkey. The word turducken is a portmanteau of turkey, duck, and chicken or hen.

Happy Thanksgiving to all the Treefroggers!

PS: did you know that in French "turkeys" are called "dindes" (literally "from India"), in Turkey they called them "Hindi" (like the Indian language) and in India they are called "Peru". In China, I think they call them "Fire chicken" (go figure why).

Anyway whatever name you give to your bird, enjoy!:)

A Happy Thanksgiving to all here.
Good food, good drinks and good company to enjoy :)
