This weekend I sent some quality time with by eldest son putting together a frontier outpost using some ( of the few ) Desert village sets made by K&C .... I was very surprised by the outcome and how it could easily work for Victorian troops in India, Sudan and French Foreigh Legion.....In a sequence of posts I will share with you all the great diorama that came out of a few ideas and lots of imagination......Next, I came up with a very nice defensive square the British Army set up to defend themselves from a Fuzzy Wozzy Attack.....with a final coup de êtat by a Lancers charge putting the enemy under cross fire with the square...:salute:: Cheers

hello Luiz, great pictures and great collecion, as you do I love the K&C Desert Village very versatile for many eras. It's a shame I have not found the Wall yet for my own collection, hoping in a future re-release of course. I was proud to contribute to the Series with the prototype of the Wood Merchant house.

Do get back to Andy with more ideas.....maybe they will pick up on something....the lonely village walls were issued like a year ago and no other set has been offered since them.....{sm2}{sm2}{sm2}....Not to mention fort walls and the so promised fort corner walls...so we may bring to a closure the terrible situation that we all have fort dios with only a facade.....and we cannot picture corners.....{sm2}{sm2}..when the offered sets have very nice two sides and we cannot take the benefit of creating more dios due to the lack of corner walls and ajoining towers.....

many thanks guys for your appreciations, thank you Poppo, Robin, Chris, Bradley, Wayne and for the likers.
Bradley I used polystyrene for the ground and wood and balsa for the tower/gate, palisade and sidewalk.
