It's a great looking aircraft and if that is the price within a few bucks, it is the bargain of the year. :salute:: -- Al

I'm definitely in for one! Wayne, any idea of around when it will be available for ordering?

wondering if the two pilot figures are also available for purchase separately ?

I am pleased to say the product has passed quality control and is all set to take off pretty soon. We found that we will need to pack the plane in a bigger box to avoid breakages which has necessitated the ordering of aforementioned bigger boxes. This has delayed the launch date until June 4th but better to arrive in one piece than ten pieces as they say!

Best Wishes

Any news on the fuel truck launch date ?

Ready to roll as we speak, it will more than likely ship by sea to UK so also available in June!

Best Vicki

Great news ! Look like June going to be a expensive month for me with the He 162 already on order :salute::

After looking at the photo of tg he 162 can't say I'm a lover of the black panel lines as it add nothing to the plane

Agreed. They did not need to do this with the FW 190 which was superb so, I am not sure the reasoning for doing it now. Panel lines don't need to be painted black adding detail or creating detail like this is a strange way to proceed. If the detail is there its there and should not need painting. It spoils a lot of aircraft when its done and I hope TG will drop such way's in the future

Me agreed too. The panel lines are overdone in this model. Here is my 1/32 model for comparison

I think its all down to a matter of personal taste, we did make the first version without the panel lines but it looked very bland without them. I think there would have been just as many people saying "I wish you had done some shadowing along the panel lines" as there are as many people saying they would prefer it without.
If this version sells well there will be a B version so maybe that's the version we will see without the dark panel lines, who knows what's coming?!
The comment in London at the show were extremely positive is all I can say!

Best wishes Vicki

Its not about saying that its not going to be positively received its the fact that the black lines really are a unnecessary manufacturing add on. I think when you look at the TG FW190 one can see clearly how well that aircraft did not only from the build but, the fact that it was rendered in such a way that black lines were not necessary. I would like to see some of the promo shots without black lines. For me, they just make an item look toy like and spoil it. These are replica's of the real items and they don't have them. I would have thought something as obscure as this and, in such small numbers would have been able to sell itself without the need for the almost dot-to-dot approach.

I would also say after seeing the poor way panel lines were done on the figarti Mossie that you would never listen to anyone ever wanting that applied to a TG aircraft!!
