It looks like one of those figures have been borrowed from WS 70, the Winter Tiger.

It looks like a repaint of KC's third King Tiger, the one with the Henschel turret from the Battle of the Bulge series. The two earlier Tigers had the Porsche turret and thus can't be the winter repaint shown. -- Al

John, It is a repaint of the King & Country BBG016 King Tiger. I included a side view photo to compare to your repaint pic !
The crew figures however are not from the BBG016 Tank. Note the lack of track attached to the turret, and the missing side skirts match on both !
