Hi all,

I'm a new member, originally from Croatia, but living in England at the moment.

Just a quick question for UK members of the forum, are Henley Model Miniatures still in business? I've called them few times throughout the week, but no one answered the phone!?
I wanted to place an order thru their website, but want to make sure they are open for business.

They closed a couple of years ago. One of the owners, Dave Hazell, sells a lot of their former stock on ebay.

Actually it is still open according to the website. http://www.henleymodels.co.uk/ I think its still run by Daves ex-partner?

As I understand it the soldier side of the business was run by Dave Hazel who now, as said previously, operates through Ebay. The shop itself is now just a model shop without any toy soldier connection at all.

I had a look at the link and it appears that the only range of soldiers are from WBritains.

Browsing the shop site more closely, I've noticed that it was probably updated last time at the beginning of 2008, so I think I'll try to get the soldiers I need somewhere else.

I'll probably have some time off next week. Since I live near London, visiting all those shops shouldn't be a problem!
