I sent a question asking him to clarify the first two sentences.

Would you block this person from bidding on your auctions?

Did the buyer want them shipped with a tracking number and requiring a signature on receipt, but it was shipped without those?

Why don't you tell him you don't understand the first part of his message and ask him what he meant.

I am a little sensitive to a comment like that, having experienced the old "have you shipped yet? I haven't received it and I want my money back routine".

I emailed asking what the comment was about and he confirmed that it was a joke...

Some things set a buyer off...

I have bought and sold well over a thousands items on ebay, and I have never made or recieved a comment like that. That is really a strange attempt at humor.
