Heritage "Signs of Zulu" (2 Viewers)

Wow these are tremendous looking figures, really good indeed. Am going to check these out in London. (thanks for film Gazza) Many congrats on these Martin.

See you there

Rob

Ken's site is coming along Martin. It will be good when the heritage products are listed to make it easier to order. Really like the resting mounted figures across the ranges. Currently rely on The Toy Collector mag to view the up coming releases, thank goodness there is usually an article in each bi monthly edition to wet ones appetite. These Zulu/Natal figures look very good, any idea when they might be available? Cheers, Robin.

They will be ready by December (London show) as soon as I get these next masters done I'll be starting to paint! You can order now if you want though as it gives me an idea of what size the first batch should be. I'm glad you like them.:)

Too good, order sent, another Christmas present, thanks Martin, cheers, Robin.

Hoping the painted versions have made the London show and some nice forum member will post some photos. Cheers, Robin.

Second that.....just checked the site, the one section I care for " The Heritage " has no pics yet.......
I plan my purchases out of the The Toy Collector articles...and sending Ken mails.....for the added value that you can request some slight customization to the mounted officers and troopers.....

Cheers

The latest Toy Soldier Collector magazine previews the 8 Zulu mounted, but they were not painted at the time of publication, still a must though. Cheers, Robin.

Hi Robin,

The article was great, I agree with you. And then to see pictures of them painted at the Fair was a plus....
Cheers

Keeping my fingers crossed as soon as Martin is able, some painted versions will be headed my way. I really like all the mounted figures across Heritage's ranges. Particularly rather poses At Rest rather than fighting as most collectors seem to prefer. Will follow up with a diorama as soon as they arrive hopefully before Christmas, cheers, Robin.

Hi Robin,
I second that......look forward to seeing your Dio soon.
Cheers

Delighted with these mounted figures, Heritage & Martin have done a great job. Looking forward to doing many diorama's with them. Cheers, Robin.

The prototypes were finished just in time for the Birmingham show! They will be available very soon.

A patrol of the 17th Lancers, searching for the Zulu army, has met a scouting party of the Natal Native Horse doing the same thing.

Martin

They are made of metal but they are from the master mould. I like to check for fit of parts etc. before they go into a production mould.

Martin

Wrapped in these figures, cheers, Robin.
