Who does the Emperor and Senator figures Wayne ?
Going by the Bald head, would I be right in assuming the Emperor figure is of Vespasian ?
Yes, the Chariot and Horse and charioteer would look good upon a Triumphal Arch, just needs a figure of Victory !

The chariot with Caesar on board has an arch coming, as Rome wasn't built in a day.^&grin
