Hoping to fill his nets. (5 Viewers)

I couldn't find a suitable pic of a giant squid, so I settled for this background pic which does indeed give a Scottish feel to it Wolfgang !👍🏻

Recently been in hospital, Robin, and immediately thought the bandage material would make for nice scale camouflage nets or fishing nets dyed with some paint as here ! 😉

Hi Steve,
hope you recover soon you, need to flush your kidney a lot, drink a lot of beer, might not please your doctor but yourself and the kidney

Thanks Wolfgang 👍🏻 unfortunately the painkillers don't mix with alcohol. So my bottles of Weissbier must remain unopened for the time being.
If only Altbier was available in the UK, I might be tempted ! 😉

Steve I certainly feel your pain. I've passed two kidney stones in my life time so far and they weren't pleasant at all. Both were determined to be oxalate stones. I was advised to be careful not to eat vegetables that are high in oxalic acid in order to possibly prevent the possibility of future stones. Speedy recovery my friend.
Mike

Yikes Steve! I hope you feel better soon!
Thanks Louis. So do I, and was told it effects one in ten, so pretty common.
Also apparently takes longer in men, as stone has a longer journey, larger stones either having ultrasound to breakdown and allow natural passing or operation to remove.
One thing for sure, I will be happier when it is out !

Common or not, you are dealing with a painful and debilitating condition, and I wish you a prompt and complete recovery!

Thanks Mike 👍🏻
Yes and all kinds of other delicious foods seem to be on the hit list too !
Supposed to be more common in men between 40 and 60 and yep, if you get one, there's a good chance of getting another !
