Hi Guys,

Re John’s latest desires…a wee bit on the blood-thirsty side or what? However, there’s a few little gold nuggets hiding in there also.

John, I love many of your ideas but…but…but…you need to be practical and you need to be patient. There’s a whole lot of other K&C collectors who collect lots of different ranges – we have to try and please a lot of different tastes and pocket books!

Re your “busty” fraulein – why not paint a couple of “strategic” red crosses on our semi naked Egyptian dancing girls and…hey presto…“busty” German nurses – I’m sure the troops…British, American and German would appreciate the gesture.

Best wishes and…happy collecting!

Andy C. Neilson

Not to mention a mix of the 'BUSTY FRAULINE' with the 'Butt in the face' - the horror :)

Jesus John how long did you sit and take to think these ones up? The quiet Sunday afternoons must just fly by. There are some real gem comments in your thread which made me laugh and Andy the comment about the Egyptain dancers was priceless! Just when you think the forum is getting a tad boring a couple of stars come along and liven things up no end.:)
Keep them coming

As a post script you have to admit John must be one of the most passionate people on the forum regarding the North African campaign and that cannot be a bad thing.:)

I would say that a German medic is needed to be represented somewhere along the line. I don't recall one or any being sculpted in the K&C lineup. Correct me if I'm wrong. I also don't recall any pictires in the many WWII books I have showing any type of German ambulance. Can anyone post a pic or tell us what was used as the German meatwagon. I have seen a few pic's of horse drawn stretchers and such but....
As far as the dead and dying I still hope for some new releases in that department and I know that was already covered in a previous thread but with Britain's new poses of there Styer truck shot up with there casualties of war I hope Andy is inspired to do some more. Not a demand by any means,:rolleyes:just a thought.

I believe they used the Kubelwagen as a medics car and the Sdkfz 251 with stretchers fitted inside.

Well, there is this one volksturm medic in the Berlin '45 range ( RA 12: "Captured!"), but for the rest I believe this subject is uncovered...

I am not one for wish list on this board, in fact I think they are terribly boreing, but FA has an excellent point. German medics!
It seems in all the film footage of Germans in WW2 there is always a medic pictured.
OK,no more wants from me for another year.

Is that a modified K&C WS13 or a production piece from somebody else? That would be a usefull addition to any WWII diorama.

Thats a 1/35 scale kit.

How can you tell? It looks like a WS 13, just in white.

You can tell by the amount of detail, straight lines and it has an interior. The picture is a little fuzzy but the WS13 never had that much detail. Also it doesn't have that tire in the front like the WS13.

I googled an image of a web page that wouldn't fully load so I can't say what model maker or scale it is. In fact I didn't even notice how much the 'apparent' lack of track-wheel detail resembled K & C tracked vehicles - maybe it's a spooky omen of things to come from Andy C. :)

A sure selling 'Strictly Limited' issue if ever I saw one :D
