anybody have any feedback on this model??? i thinks i saw some other threat that this model is 1/35 and not 1/32scale. is it that big of a scale difference u guys think?? obviously the K&C version will be the way to go but it is long retired now but is this the second best?
thanks

That actually looks a lot smaller than 1/35, judging by the stand. Motion Models makes a nice one and too scale also.

Hello Argentina
Have a look on my albums and you will see a horsa glider that i bought from a British company:D:D
Regards Scott

IONA,
saw your pic it really looks cool. i seen the pics of the one from the UK company cant remember now name of the company though. My things is that the UK one i hear that is like 800 pound vs the us version is $149 something must be wrong. is either UK is overcharging or the US version is not to scale. i have to do some research n will to to u.

For one to scale, I think 800 pounds sounds correct. $149 doesn't sound right.

Brad thats an excellent model $1400 was the price when i asked K+C:cool::cool:
The one i have is like the old one Louis has 1/32 scale £650 when i bought it .the guy made a mistake with the price and charged me the same as 1/48 scale and then tried to put price up to full price but we came to a agreement:D

Nice pic Brad, looks a great model.I wonder if Andy would ever consider doing crashed sections of a Horsa,a sort of scenic accessory type of thing?.

Rob

Good idea Rob

Thanks mate,I think it would sell well amongst Arnhem / D Day fans Wayne, that way they could buy as many sections as needed without having to pay out for a 1/30 scale Glider that would cost big bucks. However not knowing much about the production of scenic pieces I'm not sure if this would be feasible, would be interested to see if Andy thinks this could be a runner?.
