Wayne...

Just seen this one. After our discusiions about these they have turned out well and, look the part now. You know what I am like about repainting and, the only thing I would have done different would have been to remove the cab and repainted inside the car and figure before refixing it.

Look forward to your other repaints

John did paint the driver Mitch hard to see him,the Citroen was broken when i got it that gave me the idea of the repaint so John could get inside but yeah it turned out great im wrapped with it.

The easy part of this job was that the car had been damaged.

Both bumpers were bent, and in the dropping, the force had splt the resin pegs holding the bodywork to the chassis.

In that way I was able to spraypaint the body, after masking the windows, licence plates and SD sticker and then hand repaint the driver, the wheels and bumpers.

Fine deatils such as the chrome door handles and red tail lights were added before joining the body back onto the chassis.

The 2 standing figures were repainted to make a whole lot 'more sinister' looking set.

Glad you like it,

John

Wayne...

Apologies mate I could not see the driver was done also. As I said it looks the part and, is better than it was when it was released IMO I just have to find a spare set as I only had two tour of inspections and they both turned into eastern front staff cars for the SS.
