Knowing I would be asked, an old W Britian's toy howitzer which actually fired plastic rounds in its younger days.
Gave it a repaint and weathering, came in a horrid glossy racing green, got both and yet to repaint the other.

I had one of them when I was a kid, wish I could remember where it went ....... ????

John, I didn't have any Britains as a kid, we mainly used Airfix figs and some Crescent and similar cheaper military toys. I collected a number of Britains artillery and vehicle sets later in life, even had Two Britains Centurion tanks, one was painted a desert colour. Not sure if it was a repaint or original, but I sold everything shortly before getting into 1/32 scale Forces of Valor models then started collecting King and Country etc.
