USPS International shipping and Ebay's ESUS International have really been slow on finalizing deliveries overseas...

it seems like my International deliveries get to Chicago pretty quick...
but then sit at that location for 8-10-12 days before the next tracking status is entered...

I know the country has a lot of problems right now...
but I'm struggling to understand this...

is anyone else having the same problems on International shipping?

absolutely same problem for me ! some deliveries from US to UK taking 8 weeks+ !

My FL order took over this long as it went from US to Japan then to UK - huh ??

There are huge delays on most, not all - some stuff is coming through quickly but the majority very delayed.

I guess its due to the virus and postal staff being off ?

We are having the same slowdown here 'down under.

Reason is that the flights have ground down by 98% both internally and internationally, with closing of both national state borders and international borders.

Therefore parcels coming into Australia have to held in the country of origin until they can find a place on a plane to get them here. Next thing is they arrive in either Melbourne and Sydney and then have to get distributed. I live on the other side of the country, and with only a couple of flights a day in or out, that means most stuff come by road, as 3 day drive over the vast Nullarbor Plain.

Recently a packet from UK arrived in 3 weeks and I was very happy !!! Reason is that one from Sydney, on the East Coast took 2 weeks instead or 5 days.

Another from the USA has finally arrived in Sydney, after 5 weeks AND it now has to cross the country.

Any way that's the situation and you can't get away from it ....... unless you don't buy on-line !!!!
