All joking aside - Bernard needs to decide what colour the horses will be:-

1) Green
2) Green
3) Green
4) Bay or Light Brown.

Jeff

Yo Jeff, coming along nicely. Think I will leave the green horse after seeing the photo lol (nice one):D. What colour Horses, well the light brown seems a good colour as the photo, but if you think otherwise I will go with that. As far as I know this is a one off set on the planet:) only for (trooper) being a great military historian (thanks mate) I would have never heard of them, so they are a really special set.

For Brad (thebaron) Yes working on the box mate, it has to be special for this set. Just add the painters name and he is immortalised for ever;) Just think 100 years down the road this set will be going for £10,000,00:rolleyes:.

Bernard. YO TROOPERS MOUNT UP.:)

Yo Troopers, just had a quick try out for the label. Want your opinion and (no soft soap) be critical if you see any other way it could be improved on. Just pretend your DRILL SERGEANTS:eek: I had to erase the officer from the photo, its the only coloured photo I have of a Blue Hussar:) Think I will have to work on the photo looks somewhat blurred ??. NO it wont look better GREEN.
Bernard.

Either of them looks good, Bernard, you are a clever little bunny rabbit aren't you?

Bernard,

I prefer the first (hasn't got the P word) but with the second one's photo.

Jeff

The imperfections ;) on the saddlecloths have mainly been covered over with the blue colour - mixed from dark blue and sky blue and then pale yellow edging had to have two coats. The faces and hands are painted in the usual flesh mixed from buff and a touch of red, a bit more red added for the mouth.

Horse colour will be next........

Jeff

Yo Jeff, the saddle blankets are just:cool: and seeing I only get the creosote brush;) Boy this is going to be one great set:D.
Bernard.

I like the second pic Bernard, but without the writing on the picture (can you remove it) Also have you thought of mirror imaging the pictures?

Horse colour was a mixture of dark brown and tan, the tail and lower legs dark brown and silver sword. The head will be painted once the body has dried - well I had to hold something whilst painting - if they only had bases.........:p;)

Bernard all you have to do is open the picture in paint. Then click on image and flip/rotate (choose flip horizontal) Then just save the new pic under a different name :)
