Is there anything some will not do? (1 Viewer)

You were interested enough (or maybe bored) to bring it up in the first place. I take
great care in staying out of the affairs of other countries on forums let alone initiate a
post. "Signed like some sort of trophy" is a bit much.

Guess you're starting the New Year off right.

Pretty worrying Brad when you spot something on the news that you just think is beyond weird so you ask your friends what they think and suddenly its turned into a nationlistic or race thing. Half my family are American and I've been there five times now, but I guess my criticism of those people means I'm anti American, I'd better apologize to my aunty and all my cousins and their kids in Phoenix, they're going to be mad!^&grin:wink2:

Rob,

I wouldn't give it a second thought. I see no reason why this is something that can't be commented upon by anybody.

Typical fare for what happens in U.S. political practice.

Cheers,

"This isn't an argument! An argument is a series of statements designed to support a proposition. You're merely gainsaying whatever I say!"
"No I'm not."

Non, no, you have it all wrong:
In philosophy and logic, an argument is an attempt to persuade someone of something, by giving reasons or evidence for accepting a particular conclusion. The general structure of an argument in a natural language is that of premises (typically in the form of propositions, statements or sentences) in support of a claim: the conclusion. Many arguments can also be formulated in a formal language. An argument in a formal language shows the logical form of the natural language arguments obtained by its interpretations.
In a typical deductive argument, the premises are meant to provide a guarantee of the truth of the conclusion, while in an inductive argument, they are thought to provide reasons supporting the conclusion's probable truth. The standards for evaluating other kinds of arguments may rest on different or additional criteria than truth, however, such as the persuasiveness of so-called "indispensability claims" in transcendental arguments or even the disclosure of new possibilities for thinking and acting.
The criteria used in evaluating arguments and their forms of reasoning are studied in logic. Ways of formulating arguments effectively are studied in rhetoric.

In summery, no it's not!

P.S.:wink2:^&grin

Trentino: I didn't come here to be insulted!

Groucho: That's what you think.

i and W C fields try to avoid babies,,as I always did in the past in other ways

OMG DOES IT MATTER WHAT COUNTRY IT WAS IN THAT IS EMBARRISING{eek3}

Its all harmless PR to make them look more people centric. Everyone knows its all BS and means nothing what would an election campaign be if we did not roll out some stuff associated with Babies???

Personally, I find it less offensive and embarrassing than watching that walking train wreck that was Gorden Brown. I want to see one where the baby hits back and vomits or something else as pleasant all over the wanna be politician

I haven't found this story yet. I have found a story of one former candidate that signed a man's bald head.
