So guys how many of you getting these two, got to have them myself as I really like the K&C sign posts, I have Bastogne,St Mere Eglise and Caen, so these will go nicely;

Can't bring myself to spend 2/3 of the price of a figure on a sign I'm afraid, so I'll have to give them a miss.

Rob...

Having seen some of your dio's I am surprised you don't build your own sometime. They are nice and are great for small dio's which, is helpful to those with limited room. Would not mind seeing European street lights and other such stuff

£19.00 a sign, count me out until I am ordering a large order in May or Something.

Thanks for the compliment Mitch, I could have a go, better work out what dio I'm doing next first though!

Rob...

Did you ever start producing those bricks or, is that still a work in progress?

I always make the road signs myself .It is much cheaper and you can make a road sign for any village or town you need in your dio. And another thing: The colours used are not always correct, certainly not for the Ardennes region( cfr the Bastogne sign- Official Belgian town signs are made of black letters on a yellow field with red edging (see photograph attached)

Mitch,
As far as street lamps are concerned ,they already exist in the Mini Art range of products.Some small work on them make them suitable for 1/30 scale.That is what I do all the time ( also for european tram supports)

Well for those of you that don't mind a little 'hands on' work, there is always Verlinden Productions and Hudson & Allen Studio for various road signs... the latter available from the fine folks here at Treefrog Treasures!
Ken

Verlinden stuff is some of the best 1/35th scale produced and, a lot can be used for the 1/30th scale hobby. I don't think I have seen any of the signs you do Ken so, I cannot comment but, sure they are very good
Mitch

Mitch, didn't produce bricks as went for different dio, but they are certainly a future project. All the hand made signs are very good but I like these from K&C , they go very well on the shelves with figures.

Rob

Verlinden do make good stuff no doubting that, but they're not K&C;)
