Very rare and retired sets.

Are these figures that hard to come by?

WOW! I've got all four of these sets and would part with them without hesitation for less than half of what these have been bid up to. I wouldn't even charge extra for shipping. A fool and their money as the saying goes.

Some people think they can get and arm and a leg for something and I guess this guy will looking at the number of bids. I've had some of these and got nowhere close to these prices.

Looks like he starts most listings at 99 cents, he's taking a risk they will sell low, but you only need Two keen Buyers to ramp the prices up to crazy levels.
