Somewhere in the mist I see...... THE FRANCO-PRUSSIAN WAR !

oooohhhh, aaaahhhhhh :D

For futher review: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Franco-Prussian_War

I think you'll find that is Indian Smoke from the new Wild West Series.

Of course it could also be smoke from a tank battle on the Eastern Front between German and Russian forces - you can't have TO much WW2 stuff you know :D

Or maybe it's just Ron at a French Cafe :p :D

A new Wild West series would definitely be interesting. Although more than a new series, I wish Andy would make some new buildings and dio accessories. Build-a-rama stuff is nice, but we need more like the French Farmhouse and Berlin tenement. I’d like to see a series of partially destroyed European buildings that can be custom arranged like the Roman Fort. DD097 look like they need a building to be going into.

BTW, I meant “new series” before, not “new serious”. Geez, it’s hard to believe I proof read my posts. I worry about my brain sometimes. So does my wife.

I Know We Wwii Guys Are Spoiled, But We Need Some Kind Of Artillery For The D-day Series Or Late War For Both Sides, I Know I Have Beaten This Subject To Death But I'll Guess I Will Keep Up The Good Fight To We Get Some....sammy

I'm with you, Sammy. My big wish is a Pershing Tank. Do you think we'll get DD100 this year or have we seen all the D-Day we're gonna get for 2008?

FRENCH FOREIGN LEGION !

I have seen the future and it is coming soon !

Yeah I thought you were pulling my leg Kurt.
In reality, EofI have probably cornered the market niche for Greeks, Romans, etc. In fact their Greek and Persian ranges are magnificent IMO. I think Conte does a great range of Spartans as well. Although I don't have any, I'm told that they look better in the flesh, so to speak, than the photo's. So I can probably forget about a Trojan War Range.
I remain convinced that a Mongol Empire range would be a winner though and I do like what I've seen of the Tinbay Mongols.
As well as making me forget about the new Streets Of Old Dodge City range, the bones also failed to reveal any hint of the New North-West Frontier range as well.
Need to go back to those "Shaman" nightclasses I guess.

Cheers

Well , I went and sacrificed the goat and poked around the entrails , and they said no Wild West,(the juju and bones would have been less messy:D:D) as they are being done currently by Del Prado. I'm off to find a chicken to slaughter to see what is actually coming:p

The chicken entrails last night indicated - Mongols.
Try some cajun sauce in there as well. Might help with the voodoo and skrying.

So would these Mongols fit with the Imperial china series and/or the Roman series?

Currently mediatating and levitating and banging my head off the ceiling,

Got a feeling dispatches is going to be very interesting.

Ray,
Imperial China Series? This seems to be circa 1800~1900, so I don't think they'd fit - could be wrong of course.
Romans? Naa, reckon not. I'd have to check, but the Mongols led by Genghis started carving out their empire around 1230 - ish. The later central asian empire under Tamerlane was around 1450 - ish.

A Mongol series might fit with the Saracen range though.

Cheers

Harry,
my ignorance is showing:eek:. I thought the Imperial line was much earlier and I was thinking of the Huns with the Romans.

I for one am hoping that Andy leaves the German Armour alone this time. I think the timing would be none to good.

Any1 else having problems getting onto the K&C website?

No problem, coming up fine....wonder whether dispatches will be today....tomorrow or the next day..or the day after....:)

Did someone say GERMAN ARMOR ? :D
