OK. Who knows someone who works in Customs in NYC?!

The K&C Crimean sets have been there for a week now (en route to the Frog). I had feared that Rob and his commandos would waylay them before they left the UK (causing us to keep tight security). Little did I know that they would infiltrate US Customs to make off with their shipment!

We hope to soon have these in hand. From time to time boxes get held up for no apparent reason. This seems to be one of those times.

I read in the Washington Post there was a break in at the NY Customs Dock - all that was left were empty creates, mars bars wrappers and tea bags

Peter,
I have a package stuck there for the second time and no one can ever find it when I inquire. Last time it ended up back at the sender, I am still wondering what will happen this time! Customs is a pain, but I will tell you from my experience, Australia's is even worse. One time had an express package take 4 weeks to deliver there when they normally take 5 business days.

Who knows,

TD

TD,

What knocking Australia Custom's that's low.

My boys over here can loss anything, make sure it gets damaged beyond repair and that it takes 10 times as long to get were it needs to go.

They are simplely the best in the world at what they do.

Stuffing things up. There's Aussie Pride for you, whatever you are doing be the best at it. :D

Try Thailand - NOT.
I had to wait 3 months for an order from TF to clear customs - and was then charged around US$380 for the privilege.
NEVER AGAIN...!!!

Dave and a crew of crack dispatch guys are flying over the atlantic as we speak to free dive from 3000ft and deploy break shutes at 100ft. To stealth drop into the harbour.

From there they will feed back messages on what the USCustom guys are doing.

Once i have Intel from them i can assist you further...............

OK i called the Parcelforce HQ and asked what the hell is going on but the first way sounds soooo much better!:D

Funny

I watch the Customs program Border control about the Ozzie customs on cable........they look at nearly every parcel!!!!

Plus they have to practice their Ozzie rules whilst at work.

Pete,

Don't say I didn't warn you.... I tried to offer asistance on the security arrangements, but you suspected the worst from me.
Anyway, got to go as there's a Customs & Excise truck just pulled up outside with what appears to be a large delivery. ;)

It's cause I've just got my CSE in Maths. Next year I'm going to learn how to subtract and then I'll be Wraith -.
People may start getting concerned the year after, when I'll be learning multiplication. Then I'll be Wraith x.
Which is nice, fluffy and friendly. :)
