Hello, does anyone out there have an opinion on the K&C Jagdtiger WS180? I was wondering how it would look in my WWII collectors showcase & K&C collection. I have the K&C elefant and some Italian tanks which I love from K&C but the Jagdtiger looks a little light on the paint job. If any of you can share your opinion or if you can post a picture it would be really appreciated. I will share my collection as soon as I can learn how to post my pics on this forum. If you have one to sell let me know as well, I’m in Chicago, USA. Take care, Rob

i agree, i have 2 of them and my intentions were to have somebody on this form repaint them for me. There are a couple of guys who have done a great job on other vehicles, i just have not yet got around to it

I bought mine when it first came out a few years ago. I really like mine and highly recommend it to anyone considering getting one ! ^&grin

That white wash looks great, and even at the very end of WWII when this tank came out makes sense since it was winter and then a muddy springtime. I think in white or even a muddy brown camo would be cool. I wonder why K&C did that light green on this one? Still, the forces of valor model of this tank is a joke so this is the best one I have seen. I would like to see the Collectors showcase build one, or have K&C come out with a different color. Also, in the photos below, I think the ladder comes off of it or it is missing in the photo. Either on or off , the tank is still nice. thanks for the pics guys, off to work to get the money for this beast!!

Rob you say that the FOV Jagdtiger a joke but to be fair the item only cost tops $80.00 and still has better track detail than Kc $350.00 version ! Just look at the tanks wheel sprockets on both and tell me which look better

Agree the FoV Jagdtiger is no joke, has better detail, in diecast and at a very low price. Once repainted it's going to be a killer.

IMO the FOV one looks very toyish and plastic, and yeah mate the ladder does come off.

I had the FOV Jagdtiger in my office near the window, when I went to move it recently the tracks had stuck to the bookcase and they tore when I simply lifted it up.

Well, the FOV has rubber bands as tank tracks and a toy finish on it that was not painted or weathered. I had it and it was not worth the $60 I paid for it. I do think the FOV Bf-109s are really good if you get the metal ones. Those are heavy and very well painted. I sold my whole 25 piece collection with no regrets. I only wish K&C made more of their stuff so the prices would be lower. Oh well,

FOV early stuff was much better with more metal parts and weathered but think they drop that to keep costs down but you still not answered my question on tank sprocket detail ?
