Matt, I agree, me too. I think I started using Treefrog after I met Shannon (God bless her) at a London show (but old timings are a bit vague these days). I have to say, the forum has been great fun for me.

Those were the good old days for sure Kev. I still haven't visited the UK or US but enjoyed the forum discussions about the various differences between our countries when I joined the forum in 2005. For example the fact that most houses in the US use plywood sheets with asphalt shingles for roofing, seemed crazy to me compared to our Metal sheets or Concrete/Clay tiles.

I am no expert on building whatsoever Matt! What my limited knowledge suggest is houses here are mainly bricks and mortar with tiled roof (like mine) or concrete blocks of flats. As an added extra some tower blocks were coated with 'environmentally friendly' material to keep the heat in. It certainly did that when one caught fire and that material was flammable ....

Meanwhile ... a bit of a mix ...
