K&C winter Whittman winter Tiger Custom done by Alex Pietro plus riders (1 Viewer)

Back in the day when the Tunisian Tiger AK-039(SL) was issued by King and Country I was Impatient for a Russian front Micheal Wittmann Tiger to be produced. At the time One of the Earliest members of the forum Alex Pietro was actively doing "remakes" of many of the excellent K&C vehicles, I contacted him about the Possible redo of the Tiger and he graciously accepted.
I sent a set of custom 1/30 scale Wittmann decals made by Peddinghaus that included Kill rings on the barrel of the 88 and he did a fantastic job on the transformation!
The detail and weathering are second to none, it is and will remain my favorite tank I own.
I am also including 4 Tank riders in full winter gear, all are in the original AK-039(SL) box, the original crew figures were inappropriately dressed and are not part of the set.
Asking $299 plus shipping cost for this truly one of a kind set. I have more pics than can be put on a single entry so I will respond with more pics

Alex is extremely talented. Looks like a fantastic re-paint. I'm sure someone will grab this.

So the offer I got an offer to buy this from a guy in Asia, the postage for a 7-1/2 lbs. package was thru the roof and we agreed this wasn't going to work for him. This item is once again available, probably best if this went to someone in the states, but if your outside the country please check if the shipping costs still work for you.

I once shipped a K&C M10 tank destroyer to Singapore (from Canada) for a whopping $70 Can and it took 2 months to get there {sm2}. The good thing is it arrived there in one piece ^&grin

Thats exactly what happened here only to Indonesia and the cost was the same.

In the end it ended up with another gentleman in Singapore.
