In the end of month DISPATCHES series, we could already start about what KC UK will be releasing... :)

Perhaps they will even do a Santa release

What do you think?

Which direction should they take?

Still Crimea? Or WOI 1918?

I don't even dare to mention Napoleontics... :)

If we are making our holiday wishes I would wish for Crusader English longbow archers, and Saracens mounted on camels. And of course MORE TEMPLARS and other fighting monks.

Mike,

First of all, I think your diorama is looking very nice. That Dept. 56 tent is pretty neat. I didn't know it exhisted. I second all of your wishes for more Crusades figures from King & Country! Those would all be great! You mentioned monks. I am putting some monks into my diorama. Again, Conte makes some nice monks for their Viking Raid series. Their monks tie in nicely with the King & Country Crusades line of figures. Check them out.

Stay with Crimea.
Why change a winning formula?

Hey George - Great to hear from you. I hope all is well with you. It is amazing what the Dept 56 Bethlehem Village series has to offer in teh way of backdrops for K&C desert scenes. I have a few of these sets in mind to help resolve what to do with the "dead space" behind the city walls. I am starting to re-aquaint myself with Conte's medieval and viking lines and I agree with you totally - lots of figures offered that would also fit in with K&C Crusaders/Saracens.

Yes, indeed and we have already had hints to this effect as well. These figures are so well done....I've just gotten the last 2 poses for the Thin Red Line range and am looking forward to adding some doubles now, and more importantly looking forward to December's additions. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT WORK K&C UK!

Yep its definitely going to be Crimean ;)

Wot?
You mean we're getting a "General" as the Merry Christmas* release this year? Wonder who it might be? Hope it's Monty.
H

* Awfully, awfully sorry to anyone who might be offended by my use of those unspeakable couple of words Merry Christmas. I meant HAPPY HOLIDAYS of course.
Oh, and not Monty - please. Cos everyone hates him.
Oops, sorry for using the word Hate....I meant negative feelings of course.
Better not make it Patton, cos he had negative feelings about the Ivans.
OMG, sorry 'bout that, I meant those nice cuddly Russians of course.
I know, how about some obscure Italian General - selling ice cream...during those HAPPY HOLIDAYS that occur around late December?
