Ok dudes, so down here you don't just walk into a furniture store, pick out what you want and have it delivered the next day. Due to limited resources, everything here is kinda like Jack in the Box. In other words, made to order, with a minimum 30 day lead time. So the only furniture I have currently is a bed and a desk. Then this shows up in the mail today. To say that it didnt go over well with the wife might be the biggest understatement of the century.

Keep it silly.

Dunno what she's on about Chris, you have your priorities right, Toy Soldiers, Fort and Tank, what else do you need....^&grin

Nice one mate!

Tom

Nice one Chris, what a superb looking fort!^&cool

Rob

Maybe you can figure out a way to sleep in it ^&grin

Looks great, You need some training if you couldnt sneak that in :smile2:

Beautiful acquisition! You're far braver than those legionares! :wink2: If that happened around here, I would certainly be spending my nights in the dog's house....{sm4}{sm4}{sm4}

Isn't this the Fort you ordered to have it custom build for you long before you met your wife!? :wink2:

Nice one.

Oliver

Chris,
Don't mention that fort is French to your Kiwi furniture dealer or you may never see any furniture arrive (Rainbow warrior ring a bell)......:wink2::rolleyes2:
Wayne.

G'day Chris, hey really nice to see the FL lads and ya cool fort set up in NZ, hopefully the 5.2 aftershock yesterday didn't throw them about to much mate??{sm2}

Toddy

Chris dude mate,
Just bring the KGB over to the Land of OZ in July and we will treat her like royality.:wink2: Then all will be forgiven. Looking forward to catching up cobber.
Cheers Howard

PS Bring the Fort with you and I will take it off your hands.^&grin^&grin

Yeah my fort did seem to hold up against that 5.2 rocker we got yesterday. A few of the legionaires did take a tumble, a couple of scratch ups but nothing major. Nothing like starting the weekend off with a bang. Duing the event I was inside a damaged structure watching two 20 foot plus tall concrete precast tilt panel walls pretty much do the Cha Cha dance. If that doesn't make your little brown ring tighten up, I have no idea what will.

Yo Howard, will be good to catch up with you in Brisbane dude. I booked the hotel yesterday dude and have to get the flights sorted this week. Shouldnt be hard to spot me as I will be the loud ginger American with the Crusaders jersey on. Considering what I spent to get that fort across the Pacific, I'm sorry dude but its going to have to stay here for a while. Do they have some good history or military sites in Brisbane dude? If not, we can always make good use of our time watching a bare knuckle boxing match or a kangaroo fight. They have those in OZ right, ha ha.

See you soon dude and keep it silly.

Very nice fort Chris, I think you made the right choice I mean who need furnature anyway? Just gets in the way ^&grin
