King And Country UK Prices? (1 Viewer)

Thanks Johno for your kind comments.

peiper007 welcome to the forum

your right they have gone up as has the base rate of the price of a figure.
what a lot of collectors seam to forget the raw material of toy soldiers is metal.........and as such is global commodaty that is effected by the trade of goods. this with the increase of chinese labour etc in the factories increases the price coming out of the factory.

china has introduced a lot of new regulations on factories and again these are getting passed down, as a cost.

but as johno has said anything affected by global trade has gone up over the last few years.

Perhaps if individuals consider K&C figures as high quality collector pieces rather than toy soldiers, then the price you pay comes into perspective. The quality and depth of each figure is trully amazing and does not deserve to be tagged as a toy soldier. As a high quality collector piece the price you pay is excellent value for your money no matter where you live in the world.Toy soldier quality imo is something like airfix 1.32nd plastic nonsense,K&C figures are in a different universe and therefore the price you pay reflects the quality of the product you are buying.I am fortunate to live some 20 miles from K&C UK and i visit Mike and Tony at least twice a month, they are both hard working motivated and dedicated individuals and they deserve all the success to match their fine attributes. They are only too aware that we all desire value for money and they strive everyday to achieve that aim, with great success imo.Their personal dedication to deliver an extremely high quality collector product and customer service should be applauded by everyone connected to the hobby.
