Why does it have to be 1:30 scale. The manufacturers - notably TCS, K&C and Figarti have not been consistent with their AFV scales. The early K&C and Figarti AFVs were 1:32. A few of the FOV models go well with them. Just avoid ones with too much plastic,, especially thin gun barrels of plastic which go bendy. For a collector with some early K&C AFVs, the FOV Opel in grey would look ok with them as would a few other FOV models. This won't help with the trend from 1:30 - 1:28 There are 14 1:32 scale German AFVs in the WS range up to WS047
