I just listed several LAH Leaders, and out of 6 of them eBay removed Goring and nothing else. Ebay said that they don't allow anything affiliated with Nazi leaders I've seen Goring go off on eBay before and plenty of Leaders and Nazi symbols on items go off before. Anybody know why Goring is not allowed and everything else is?

I think it's pure hit and miss as to what gets through the ebay net, and what doesn't. It might have been an ebay user with too much free time on their hands that took exception to the listing and reported that one only to the ebay police, hence the removal, whilst leaving the others in situ.

I think Simon has hit it on the head. You're right, Tyler, you see tons of Nazi figures up for sale at any given time, and it was either a staffer or a user who may have seen your auctions and reported them. You may even have a mortal eBay enemy, too (meant as tongue-in-cheek, of course).

You can try to hedge your bets by listing Goering as "German Air Force officer", and if there are any swastikas visible, eg, if you've Hermann in his SA uniform with armband, cover them with post-its, or label stock, or tape.

But ultimately, it's going to be hit-or-miss.

You could try selling here at the 'Frog, on Changing Guard Auctions, too.

Prost!

Change the ship to countries, eliminate Germany and I think France and you are good to go.

Dear "Matosjr321":
I got some old glossy K&C LAH figures deleted as listings by the eBay "Political Correctness Police" back in March 2007. Ebay has thier rules that you can look up under their "policies" section. In my case back in 2007 I decided to kept the NAZI display stand that had a lot of NAZI flags & emblems & relisted the figures avoiding any NAZI arm bands or flags being shown by placing the figures on an angle that avoided showing such "banned" items by eBay. I also avoided any words as "Nazi" or "SS" in the listing and the description for good measure. My relistings were sold on eBay without any further problems. I think the eBay rules are stupid as they relate to toy soldiers, but you can not fight eBay, just work around them.
