Lancer question (1 Viewer)

I recently came into a handful of K&C Dutch Red Lancers. Imagine my surprise when I found that I already had some. I had forgotten that I had converted some Del Prado figures. The new figures are missing the lances. I can make them up and have already. The K&C Pennants on the lances are white over red. Is this correct? I thought it was the other way around? The Del Prado figure is on the left.

I maybe wrong but I always thought the red was first as it hid the blood

I'm pretty sure the Dutch Lancers (Red Lancers) pennant had the white half of the pennant at the tip of the lance. The Polish Lancers had the same pennant but with the red half of the pennant at the lance tip.

That is the Young Guard figure which I also have. The stock K&C seem to be reversed. Is that correct for D R L ?

The pennants on the Dutch lancers produced by K&C correspond to colour drawings I have seen of Dutch Lancers lance tip/white/red/lance shaft.

I mentioned the CS Polish Lancers only because I know you are interested in them and as their penant is the same as the Dutch Lancers but with the colours reversed, I thought that may have been causing some confusion. The photo of your converted Dutch Lancer is holding a Polish Lancer lance.

Great looking figures you've painted there especially the Spartans very very professional-good to see you back full flow with the brushes and paint.
