Hi everyone... some of the lads on the new Brisbane toy soldier collectors facebook page have seen a couple of early shots of my latest diorama so I thought I would share an update here on Treefrogs... :)

Cheers

Marc been waiting for this one and its a beauty well done cobber.

Hi mate... I have just poured the resin for the water section so I'll be happy when that's dry. Have lots of detailing and weathering to do. The buildings will be a couple of old stone warehouses which will look the part when finished. I have one built but not painted so I will build the other tonight. Its takes a while when everything is scratch built but definitely worth it... :)

Cheers

You are doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work and those photos coming.{bravo}}{bravo}}{bravo}}

Just superb!

Teach me the magic of the bricks!

Just superb X2, that is going to be one incredible display.

I also am interested in how you made the stone / brick face to the dock?
Are they a mold from a company like Woodland Scenic or possibly third party product?

Hi Mark

Very nice indeed......Can you tell me where you got the crane from , I am at the moment trying to put a Reichsbaan goodsyard diorama together, I have been trying forever to find such a docks/platform crane but to no avail.....Is yours a resin/plastic kit or did you scratch build it???????.

Regards Steve

Hi Steve, I have Mark's crane, so hopefully I have this right, it's light weight and scratch built. The Figarti coal crane is very good too. Robin.
