Yes I think they would look great between the Persian and Spartan lines at the Gates.Or for the many lawyers out there.........or people who want lawyers in their dioramas
Plenty of great artillery sets - this one comes with a cuppa....
Thanks for taking and posting these interesting photos. It is fascinating to me that many of the photos you folks post from the shows are more detailed and useful than many of the manufactuer and dealer photos. Keep up the good work lads.
Yo Troopers, thanks to the two of you for the photo's looks like you had a good time. The cardboard figuers look a great idea for the kids reminds me of the Victorian scrapbook cutouts you could get. But looking at the photo's does seem as though most of the items are geared towards the Diorama guys, and mainly the modern look models. Was there much tradition stuff there ie box sets, and were there any dealers selling old Britains sets, never had the chance to get to one of the big shows, so dont know really what dealers sell there.Bernard.
This is not my field, I am a matt 1/30 collector WW2. I did say to my wife however that it would be good to be a napoleonics etc collector in 54mm as there were many bargains on offer to my eye, some figures from £3-10 with reductions on many boxed sets. I saw the whole Rorkes Drift for sale for example.
I think it was Trophy - Andy may correct me here - that were offering 50% off their Naps - I nearly started collecting as they were superb.
