London show pics and thanks (1 Viewer)

Late to the party as always, so most of what I'd snapped has already been put up by the other guys, so I'll just chuck up what may or may not be missing (with no doubt a good wodge of duplicates).

TM Terrain pieces (picked up one of the excellent desert building pices from David)

What a great surprise this morning to find even more images from the show.

Thanks Jeff for putting yours up on the Forum for us to see.

Great to see the close ups you have taken of ATS, as I love seeing what Nik has on show, and good to see that Michel has his ALMA figures on display again. they do look good in battle formation.

Well Done, all of you who have shown what we missed out on :(

Maybe next year I'll be over again :)

And then it kinda went downhill from there......

Andy trying out his 'size of my lens' lines (unsuccessfully)

Melinda focusing on the small things (see, I can remember her name after a skinfull)

Jeff and James failing to focus on anything (much the same story with my photography)

And after this one, I kind of gave it up as a bad job......

It was great catching up with the Brit Pack at the bar and good seeing Steve (AIDMAN) making it across from Holland. Richard and Harrie were missed, hope you guys can make it across next December, likewise, the cantankerous Kevin Elliott was unable to drag himself to the show - missed the 'tea', hopefully next time.

I picked up a fair chunk of dio stuff, one of David's (TM Terrain) adobe building pieces, the K&C mosque / temple and foot bridge, a load of bits and pieces from JG Miniatures and I finally got around to getting the Conte Roman Winter Games set, to go with my other.....er......non Roman sets. Doh!

Managed to miss my train getting home due to James plying me with ale, but all in all, a good time was had by all - the highlight, as always, coming in at 12.30.

CC, I tried, but no-one else was playing Eighties retro themes. For info, Kelly was in the car park, the Kawasaki Ninja was powdering it's nose in the ladies, and the F14 was unable to enter the restricted airspace. I promise to try and get a new T-shirt next time (Oh, and by the way, the new Bradleys from Figarti, K&C and FL were fantastic - sorry, forgot to take any photos of them. :))

Thanks to all those who took the time to post all these great pics from the show.{sm4} It makes it fun for those who could not be there in person. It looks like y'all all had a great time!
