The last one.

A decent show but I don't know if this location is workable. Good to see everyone and see you in March.

Thanks for adding your photos to the thread! All of you made a fantastic job covering the show!!

Thanks for posting the pictures! Looks like it was a great event.

Brendan

Sorry for the late arrival.

Agree with Gazza on the event, although if they get that extra hall next time it will make a difference.

The Treefrog Posse

Thanks for the top photo of the day, the 'Traditional' lunchtime beer and food at the local pub.

What about a review of the pub, it's beer and food that's the most important :)

Hope to catch up with you all on my next trip 'Back to Blighty'

John

I also think that if there is a larger room, it is good place where the fair is held.
was good to have seen you again and the treefroggers .
until December 2018 .

To be fair, this is for Guidelines to own and sort out. Given the noise about yet another move, it was for them to ensure things went smoothly. I understand there were access issues, no tables set up etc on the Friday for dealers.

The lack of space for dealers and customers was poor.

Hardly a great start to a new venue.

I actually think, the new venue is yet another step back.

Gazza

Having spent the day in 2.5 feet of space between stands I agree that Guideline need to sort it out. But I thought it important to point out that the very cramped conditions was not how the show was planned to be - if you look at the original plan there was a lot more space between stands.

Still a few more...

Hi UK_BOD,
Fantastic array of pictures....thanks for sharing.
I would want to pick your memory....when seeing the pictures you posted on the slide number 120 I have seen some very interesting sets on the last two frames on that posting ( sets on top of several green boxes )! By any chance do you know at who´s stand the below sets were available and how can I contact the seller for I have seen some very interesting items on display.
Cheers

I don't know the seller but I think they were one of the many stands that had no signage at all telling you who they were! It is always puzzling to me as someone who usually trades at wargaming shows as surely a sign with your name is one of the most important and pretty basic things on a stand...

Hi
Looking at the bases I would definitely say they were Tommy Atkins as produced by Mark & Paul Turner. They have an extensive website if you do a search for Tommy Atkins which also includes the Fusilier range of figures. They offer both painted figures and castings for sale.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards
Martin
