These looked great, couple of questions, will you be looking at the same poses for Allied ground crew? Plus there was some preproduction pictures of a Roman Fort on the TF Forum, will they be released?

Bad for my nerves (because I have to wait the hole year for getting most of them) but good for my wallet because I can split the cost :smile2:

I just rearranged a 3-foot long display shelf that is now dedicated to my ACE-31 Franz Ray's Albatros DIII from Jasta 49 and ACE-37 Carl Degelow's Fokker DVII from Jasta 40. Now both planes are waiting for the release of all of these magnificent looking mechanics and pilots . . . . I believe I will display the GGC-31 Daimler Merienfelde Truck and GGC-32 Mechanics and Oil Drums on this shelf too as soon as I can collect them. I think this will turn out to be a very interesting looking display when all complete . . . .

Should look spectacular. There will be a lot going on and the viewer's eye is going to have a tough time picking what to look at first. Can't wait to see what you do with it all, Mike. -- Al

That sounds like it will be an outstanding display Mike. I have the Ray Albatross and Leusch DVII and these new figures will look great with them. In an email exchange with John about a month or so ago, he mentioned to me to be on the lookout for some new German ground crew this year and boy do these look terrific! Excellent work John!

I had the same thought Al . . . there will be so much activity going on with all the different mechanic poses that it should have a lot of "eye appeal" . . . . .

Thank you Duke . . . All the figures look terrific don't they . . . . There's not a dud among them and I plan on collecting them all.

These look fantastic, could I please ask the following,
Will these sets also be done for an Allied airfield?
I saw some resins sets for firstly the Jadgpanther, with crewman with umbrella and also some resin parts for a Roman Fort! Do you have any further information on these exciting looking sets.

The three figures in the second pic are very similar to a couple of BGC sets known as “Chocs Away.” They were among the first British figures released by JJD.
