The steps I believe do come with the plane . The figures however are separate. ( I do not have the LW 37, but it is my believe that the steps are with the plane)

I think the buyer is right; the steps go with the plane. That is how it is pictured.

Yeah Neil only 3 figures in LW037,the steps with the plane remember all the tail sitting drama about steps etc etc.

The plane with steps is model LW036 - not LW037. LW037 is for the 3 figures and it says in the K&C photo that the plane is not included. You could show your buyer the K&C photo of the plane with the steps and the LW036 model number. Hopefully you sold it based on a photo of just the plane with steps? Also show the buyer K&C photos of the 3 figures with their own LW037 model number. The steps came with the plane, the 3 figures did not.
