LWG038 Is Now in Stock (3 Viewers)

Our new "tank", LWG038 "Elephant" came into stock yesterday, just narrowly avoiding 104% tariffs! We weren't sure it would make it in time, so only a limited number were shipped. Further, for many orders to outside the USA, we have been filling those orders from Asia. There is thus a very limited amount of these in the USA and we do not expect more of them to be sent to the USA. So for those in the USA, it is an opportunity to get it without any tariff impact while that limited supply lasts. Current pre-orders/dealer orders have been turned in for shipment and will go out today and tomorrow.

Fantastic news! I’ve been looking forward to this vehicle and hope mine arrives safe and sound from my dealer…

However, I’ll admit I was getting very concerned with the tariff issues, particularly given that the model was originally scheduled to ship February/March but got delayed well into April. I’m very glad we US collectors won’t have to pay nearly $900 for this model!

The model has been finished for quite some time, we were just hoping the tariffs would go away when at 20%. Instead, they were promised to get worse, so we rush shipped them to beat what was supposed to be 54% but turned into 104%. I'm glad we did.

Based in the UK I will hopefully be able to get one shipped from Asia. I will go online tomorrow. I got the Persian elephant so only right I should get a German one!

But above all let this madness stop before it kills our beloved hobby.

I think you just order from FL website and they will dispatch from Asia But I could be wrong?

You can just order it from our website and we will ship it to you from Asia if you are outside of the USA. We don't have an Asian website up and running yet, takes time.

The Crew set will be released perhaps end of May. No pics for now.

Look great will probably jump in and get one, but just bought the SIG33 from Warpark so may leave it a couple of weeks, love this AFV, here are pictures from when it was making a visit to Bovington a few years ago. A Tiger II from the French Museum, in running order, will be over in the summer and will be driving round the area for Tank Fest.

Thanks for posting some pics of the actual Elefant, and dang, that looks impressive! What a fantastic paint job and weathering - a very beautiful AFV model. Mine should arrive by Saturday… I’m eagerly awaiting it and hope it arrives safely!
