Ken posted these photos on FB earlier today.





He indicated that that this model, which will be available towards the end of this year, has “a fully detailed turret, realistic stowage and a single crewman as featured in the first photo. Note the antenna for the SCR-610 radio on the turret.”

Here is an another photo I took of the M18, but I added the new Collectors Club U.S. Tank crewman and a figure from our M5 Anti-tank gun add on set to the tanker that comes with the M18 Gun Motor Carriage. This will make a nice addition to the other figures and vehicles currently in development.

I saw First Legion is also making their version of the M18 Hellcat.

I would love to see a side by side comparison of these vehicles.

First Legion is making an M10 Wolverine - a different vehicle from the M18 Hellcat, though both vehicles fulfilled a similar purpose as tank destroyers. The M10 was built on the Sherman tank chassis whereas the M18 was a new design.

Thank you for the kind words…there will several other important additions to this range in early 2024, including several more vehicles and infantry. At the moment we are hoping to see some of the M18s and M3A1 half tracks during the last part of this year. We are finishing the stowage and crewmen on another two new vehicles now and we plan on announcing these in the late fall.

I would also welcome an "Easy Eight" (M4A3E8) version of the Sherman tank from Ken and company. I look forward to the release of the M18 Hellcat tank destroyer, though. I have listed historical data about the M18 Hellcat for those of you interested in learning more about this WWII vehicle.

The M3A1 U.S. Halftracks will be here at the end of next week, and the M18 at the end of March, followed shortly after by the M10.
