Should be a quick and easy one. How many of Ohio's lakes are man made?

This intrigued me since I was born and raised in the great Buckeye state. I checked out this "rumor" on snopes.com and it turns out its just a rumor. Accordingly, Ohio has 110 natural lakes . . . . . .

Maybe you should check out Maryland, I use to live there, I was told the same thing, all man made lakes.

According to my resources you heard right. Per the Maryand Gelological Survey, all the lakes in Maryland are man made having been created by the damming of rivers.
