Hey fellas--

My good buddy McKenna77 floored me the past two days with not one but TWO wonderful King and Country carepackages sent to me from New Zealand.
This guy is a class act and I am just floored by his immense kindness..........only from such a large man could one find such a large heart.

Soooooooo,what did the homes send me??? FOUR Wonderful pieces of ORIGINAL King and Country, what appear to be prototype drawings of some of their recent releases. All appear to be originals signed by Mr. Neilsen himself. They are really beautiful pieces of artwork and I must admit it is really humbling to hold something where you can see the attention to detail paid by Andy and get a sense of the creative process that goes through his mind. It is really neat to look at those illustrations and see the years of illustrating talent really come through. I may be tough on him as a businessman but his art talent is world class.

Then, in what had to be a stroke of pure irony, he also sent me a King and Country PM figure- the promotional figures- this one is PM033 which, again, irony of ironies, appears to be a German Naval officer from WW2 cut in the LAH parade mold!! {sm4} So it looks like all those years and posts of aggravation to Mitch and the rest of the LAH boys it now looks like I am getting an official break in{sm4}{sm4}

The timing of all this goodness couldnt have been better as I had arrived and realized someone jacked a couple dozen cds from my truck while I was at work.

Anyway, Chris, you got a friend in Pennsylvania. I can't think of a collector less deserving of this generosity so I am incredibly humbled by your act of kindness. You'll always be my Gemosabe from the mojave {sm4}{sm3} You ever swing through here, Id love to spar a few rounds with you (just be gentle as I bruise easy- more of a lover than a fighter).

STANDS ALONE!!

Chris,

Congratulations and it does not surprise me one bit, because he has on at least two occasions done exactly the same for me, a real gentleman is Chris, or perhaps Dude is more appropriate{bravo}}

Chris..

That was indeed a very nice gesture and, sounds like you got some very nice items. Now, to the nitty gritty! Ironic is indeed the word, although not a fully fledged member of the ''dark side'' we always believed we would get you in the end!!!! Its like the Borg... resistance is futile!

Good onya Chris, that is a very nice thing to do, but then i knew you were a top bloke, especially when you ripped off your shirt at the Brissy function to reveal that dirty great Sherman tank! I think the ladies at the function agree with me as well:rolleyes2:^&grin

Tom

Awesome dude. Glad to be of service and nothing better than some random kind acts of toy soldierness.

Next stop is Imperial Productions somewhat near Wellington at the end of the month. That is if I ever get out of the Chc rubble pile and/or gym.

Keep it silly.
