Steve, I am really impressed with the realism of this terrific looking Roman barracks. It is amazing what a 3-D printer can do and make. It will certainly be a BIG influence on the toy soldier industry (as well as others) as time goes on.

I think you're right Mike. If collectors like pieces like this for dioramas / displays and while it's not going to be financially viable for manufacturers to make. But 3D print can make it possible for something niche within an already small niche collectors market possible.
This as example was designed and made with just the help of a few pictures of what I was hoping the end model building would look like, done over just a few emails and from idea to finished item has been just a few weeks.

So pleased on how this turned out for you Steve. They're still pretty much lifeless pieces of plastic when they leave me. It's your vision and hard work with the prints that's actually bringing all these pieces to life in the end :)
