Guys,
I have just returned from seeing Andy off back to HK from Melbourne Airport. He and Helen, I hope, had a pleasant sight seeing trip around Melbourne and very nice Dinner last night with a group of Collectors.
Well in between sightseeing and Military Bookshops I managed to get in a quick fifteen minutes worth of your questions.
1. American Airbourne 82nd (Lewey Gun Vick) Sorry Jake not at the moment.
2. ACW and Sesqicentennial (Quagmirefav) Nothing planned to the Sesq. and sorry the masters are secret less our competion know we are doing.
3. AA Gun RAF Range (Rob) Yes, but other RAF sets have priority.
4. Dick Winter Easy Company (Glossman) Raymond, Great Idea maybe a Club figure and thanks Raymond for reminding me about that.
5. Repaints/re-release WW2 German Vehs. (Ostrein) No plans to do paint varations for existing AFVs. However, considering all kinds of paint options for all future releases.
6. Berlin LAH & Buildings (Ostrein) Most definitely both. More figures, Buildings and display pieces.
7. Seige Eqpt. Crusaders (nysoldiers) Not at this time.
8. Naps Cavalry (nysoldiers) Expect a new Cavalry Regt. next year.
9. US/Mexico War (spanish soldier) Sorry No plans.
10. Tempest, ME262 Night & Comet Tank (Uksubs) Neil, Tempest no plans, Me262 Night fighter - possible and Comet Tank also possible but other Brit tanks are ahead in the line first. Sorry can't say which.
11. NE range Action Figures (Obee) John the NE series will feature both static and action poses in the future. Opposition - This series will run and run and run.
12. USN series (marksable) Mark, some figures already done and others in the works. Final release date not yet decided.
13. Stretcher Bearers (marksable) Yes there will be RAF "Casualty sets" release date not decided.

Well guys I think that just about covers all the questions. Its tough sometimes getting answers out of Andy because he can't give the opposition too much intel. So I feel you all should be pretty happy with what came out.
Cheers Howard

Howard,

thanks for facilitatiing the questions and for Andy for his feedback:smile2:

For me, its some more good news with the NAPs.

How was the dinner last night?

Glad that the fights are back to normal for melboure, but its still a bit dicey for us, and Adelaide.

regards,

John

Thanks very much indeed Howard most kind of you to take the trouble. Thats fantastic news re the RAF AA gun and stretcher team. These are two items that I know a lot of collectors have asked for and the gun will make for a great scene in an airfield dio. I'll be a good boy and be patient until they arrive!^&grin.

Thanks again Howard and thanks Andy for confirming these two releases.

Rob

Rob mate,
I think you read something into the answer to the question of RAF stretcher bearers. The answer to the question was "RAF Casualties". Not necessarily a stretcher party.^&grin

G'day Howard.

Thank you very much for the invite to the dinner with Andy last night in Melbourne mate, it was without a doubt the highlight of my toy soldier career to date!

The man himself is not only a successful businessman but an inspiration and a true gentleman.

Cheers mate.
