Ok, time to start some planning....

Who's coming, when and where are you staying! I can't wait! :)

last year I stayed at the casino hotel, but noticed many people were at the connecting hotel. Which is nicer?

I'm coming, especially since I need to give you the BG pieces that Mike repaired.

This time I might spend the night, even though it's only a two and a half hour ride for me each way as my back has not been the greatest and a five hour trip in one day might be too much. If so, I might stay in the Marriott in Collegeville, where my company is located as I think the rate is decent and it's only 15 minutes away from the Casino.

Most of us stay in the Radisson, Zach, but that's mostly for convenience, since we have our hospitality suite there.

Brad's suggestion is a good one, you can probably find better prices at hotels in the surrounding area, either up the road in Collegeville ("So named due to Ursinus College being located there", as the marker says. My alma mater. Probably an alumnus who wrote that text), or in Oaks, PA (where the Pennsylvania Exhibition Center is located, and where I'd like to stage the show), or down the road, on the way to King of Prussia. Some of the forum members who are vendors may also have suggestions for you, too.

I look forward to seeing everyone there!

Prost!
Brad

Oaks is good too. Before the Marriott was built, I used to stay over there when I went to Collegeville on business.

Any Collector's Showcase dealers coming? I want to see the 1/6 scale figures!

I will be there..usually show up on the Friday, just so I can complain about all those " special " collectors, who get in early and scarf up the good stuff, before us unwashed are allowed..:rolleyes2: Michael

Well, not really. We don't have any kind of early admission. The show opens at noon on Friday, 9AM on Saturday. and that's when everyone is allowed in.

We used to open earlier, if there was a crowd and enough vendors were ready, but that blew up a couple of years ago, and so, we hold to the advertised open time.

They give priority to anyone who's not a Yankee fan :wink2:

Tom, my Heco will probably be up for sale soon, so any of The Metal Shed stuff would be ok to hoard...Michael

Metal Shed is nice stuff! No bargains there, that is a full price operation, but limited availability is for sure!

Time is flying!!! Organizing the calendar and this is in just 3 weeks --
My first time attending this show so it is kind of exciting! Looking forward to seeing everyone who attends :)

I've asked the Baron to have a welcome party waiting for you at the airport :wink2:

I am almost done painting the Princess' carriage! I have arranged for a booth in the parking lot for anyone wanting a photo with her! {sm3}

Haha you guys.......Rule #1 - If I am wearing my glasses no photos allowed!

Think I may just have to lose my contacts ... and I did just get 2 new pairs of glasses
Maybe I will be unrecognizable???

1 of maybe 6 women at the show....sorry sister...I think we'll find you! ^&grin

I'll not going to be glued to Tom ...... I think I can safely wander off by myself if I so choose - when I'm not working anyway!

And now to run away until Monday again - ^&grin
